LC-PA-400ES adopted 2sets ABB Swiss servo, German Leuze color sensor and Japan Hitachi PLC system. One servo is for Screen movement, another servo is for Fixture rotation. And the German Leuze color sensor is used to recognized the print position.
It does not require any positioning point or certain gears when printing multi-colors cups, bottles, cans, glasses,tubes ,jars and etc. 1. This machine used the Germany Leuze photoelectric sensor and color Fiber detect unit to detect color marks which are printed on glossy or colorful materials. It provide sensing for precise color measurement, determination and discrimination for different colors. 2. This machine is with auto optical fiber register mark function. You do not need worker to do color register. 3. It is with Fuji Servo system, which make sure the rotary precisely and stable. Which make sure the color-progress accurate and precise. You do not need any gears when printing different sizes products. 4. This It is controlled by PLC and touch screen. Reduced development and integration time. It customized and simple user interface for operators. Sharp, clear displays which provide control over process variables.
