Infrared dryer by near infrared waves to molecules of ink or moisture produced vibration absorption, accelerated ink or moisture dry.
This machine is very rare, and the machine also has some technical difficulties. Three layers of circulating IR lines withdifferent temperatures, the motion trajectory is similar to the superposition of z-shape.Suitable for high precision paper, sheet, PCB, channel light, transfer paper, clothes.
It can dry the moisture and ink of all articles (except UV ink).It is widely used in the drying of printing industry,is especially suitable for solidifying heat-set and special type of printing ink.
This tunnel dryer enables the production of printed products with good colorfastness, high flexibility and high gloss.
